born on september 14th, twenty one years ago gio was born to a young mother and father who could not take care of her the way she needed. she was born in italy to ramona baltana and roberto baltana, two rebellious teenagers who had to deal with the consequences of their actions. ramona baltana was 17 years old when she became pregnant, and had been a model all her life growing up. she was able to support gio, but ever since "italy's sweetheart" became pregnant, she lost her job, and her family. gio's grandmother kicked her mother out, to live with roberto - a very poor guy she fell in love with. his family wasn't the average happy family. there were large amounts of problems, and they could barely afford the place they lived at. roberto worked at an auto shop that his father owned, the business was slow, and robertos mom worked at a restaurant as a low paid waitress. however, ramona stayed at home raising gio by herself most of the time.
when robert and ramona could afford it, they moved out of the home of robertos parents into a small cramped apartment. gio grew up never really being able to afford what the other kids had. when she was five her mom placed her in numerous amounts of talent classes, hoping to give her daughter the life she never had. ramona wanted gio to be a star, to live out the life ramona never got to live.when gio was eight her mom had saved up enough money to hire an agent, a guy names fredrico. who first got her started out in some small commercials, and sooner than later gio was moving her way up in italy. then it was when she was ten years old when she moved to los angeels, california with her family to pursue something so much bigger. she stared in her own hit tv show for kids when she was younger. only thing she didnt know her mothers rge for her success lead to her parents falling apart.
hr mother had an affair with numerous amounts of men to get her daughter placed in a certain amount of roles, and it was when her father found out about it they became divorced. this upset gio because she believed everything she earned had became a lie. her father had been so depressed by the whole situation he had committed suicide by driving off a bridge. the worse thing about it her mother woke her up the next day for rehearsal, unsympathetic. her mother was a complete different persons he could neevr learn to respect again. she hated her mother ever since that incident happened, at 13 years old. gio loved acting, but she hated the industry. what it turned her mother into, and the fact that her mothers lust for her daughter success lead to her fathers suicide. she felt like in a way she was responsible as way. so the happy cheerful, and thankful little girl she was started to hate herself. she started to break rules at 15, known as hollywoods sweetheart to hollywoods rebel. another britney spears?
she started doing drugs at 16 and mingling with the wrong guys. she's been fired from several projects and has become suicidal over the years. byt he time she was twenty years old she had stared in several of hit movies. she then moved to tennessee, to get away from it all. to be away from the big city, and to live a life she's never known - a simple life. she's been living in nashville for almost a full year and her insane personality isn't changing anytime soon. fame does come with a price, and for now - she wish she could just rewind time. gio has trust issues, she keeps to herself a lot, and when she does make friends she can be a little flaky at times do to her bi-polar like attitude. she's just a tough girl, and hard to understand.
