What's your name, does it have any special meaning?
my name is dakota eloise o'ryan, pretty awesome name i know. hm as for any special meaning i know that dakota is meant to mean like 'always smiling' or something along those lines. which is kinda fitting cause most of the time i'm a rather smiley kinda girl. my middle name was my grandmas name and she was the most awesome woman ever, she was kickass so i'm glad to have that as my middle name. as for my last name i don't really think there is anything special about it really other than it being my dads family name and such.
How old are you?
i've just turned twenty-one, finally! you have no idea how excited i really am to be old enough to drink legally and just feel like an adult. though yeah sure some would say i still have the mental age of like a sixteen year old or something. oh and my birthday was on september 1st, so next year i expect lots of cards and presents.
Did you enjoy school?
umm i supoose yes and no really for this one. i enjoyed certain its of school like, hanging out with friends, music lessons and chilling on the field during the summer. but the whole academic thing anf having to study and read books was never really my thing. not saying that i am dumb or anything, just never really had the motivation to sit and do ll that work they use to set us. sometimes i really do wander how i managed to graduate on time but i did which was pretty awesome, i think even my friends and parents were shocked to see me get my high school diploma thingy. though it is safe to say that i never bothered going to colleger afterwards.
What's your favorite childhood memory?
that would probably have to be when i was in my freshman year and i took part in the school musical. i was a total music nerd i can't really deny that and they were doing grease, so i was like sign me up! sadly i didn't get a lead role, but at one point i had a solo which was the first time i had ever sung in front of an audience. and i guess you could say that was the moment i knew that singing was what i wanted to do with my life. seriously though i still have the video tape of that musical that my dad filmed when he watched, it's pretty embarassing so i don't plan on letting anyone see anytime soon.
Do you have a job?
yesssssss i do, and it is the most bloody awesome job in the whole wide world like ever. i'm lead singer in aband called Hey Monday and not to toot my own horn or whatever the saying is but we are a pretty amazing band. the other guys in the band are some of my best friends from high school and we pretty much started playing music in our junior year together and decided that we really wanted to do this as a job or whatever. so yeah my job rocks.
Are you single?
yep right now i am completely single, which is pretty much the way that things are probably going to stay right now. i don't have time ususally for relationships cause i do a lot of travelling around and there aren't many guys or girls that are willing to do the whole long distance thing, which is fair i guess. so for now i'm just going to keep single and have as much fun as a i possibly can.
What's the most played song on your ipod?
most played song would probably have to be super massive blackhole by muse, just because it's a classic song and they are one of my favorite bands like ever. i think the play count now is like over 1000 times or something silly like that.
Can you remember your first kiss?
uhh my first kiss with a guy happened when i was about eleven, it wasn't the most amazing kiss in the world. but it was really sweet and cute, so yeah he was a really nice boy too. then my first kiss witha girl was probably when i was sixteen, i was slightly tipsy so i don't remember it all that clear but it was pretty awesome i think.
Who is your celeb crush?
lol i guess my celeb crushes would have to be eric dane cause he is one sexy ass doctor in grey's anatomy annnnd probably jessica alba cause she is just all kinds of yummy.
Do you have any pets?
i use to have a pet rabbit when i was like five, but after that i never really got anymore pets. i'd really love to get a kitten or something, but with touring and stuff i wouldn't have any time to look after one. but it's still on my christmas wish list.
Are you happy right now?
honestly i don't think it's possible to be happier than i am right now. my life is pretty awesome and i don't have anything to complain about other than the fact i've lost my sunglasses. so yeah i would say i am very happy right now.
What do you see happening in the future?
well basically i see myself ruling the world xD nah jokes. though that'd be pretty damn awesome i did. but um seriously i just hope that the bands still together and we are doing a really kickass tour and stuff. maybe be in a relationship but i won't hold my breath over that. so yeah hopefully just still be making music and having a good time doing it.
