Seraph Hill used to be the kind of town a person could drive by without a second glance. It used to be inconsequential, just a small community situated in upstate New York. But that was ten years ago, before photos of its streets were all over every channel of the news. Now everyone knows about it. About the ten eighteen-year-olds given strange powers a decade ago. Most of them scattered years ago, but now there's a new set. They were given powers just a few months ago, and you can bet anything that if the camera crews find out about it, they're are going to be all over that. It's only a matter of time before the original ten are collected and returned to the town. After all, they have to have some sort of explanation for this whole mess, right?
